Bearing in mind that RYST has adjustable earloops for a customized fit, and that it is more important for the RYST to fit your face comfortably than your wrist :

We usually recommend SMALL for older children and teenagers.

We usually recommend MEDIUM for women unless you have a smaller stature, then consider purchasing a SMALL.
