Due to health reasons and safety concerns, we can only process a return and refund if your order contained incorrect items. In this case, we apologize for the inconvenience and are happy to provide you with either a refund or an exchange of goods available on our website. 


To be eligible for this service, you will be required to return the incorrect goods to our warehouse, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

  • The returned items must be unworn or otherwise unused in the original packaging.

  • We do not offer product exchanges if you simply change your mind.


If you request an exchange of goods, this will only be processed once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-3 above.

If any of the above conditions are not met, www.rystmask.com EVRYST LLC. reserves the right to refuse the return. With all return inquiry, we strive to respond to you within 24 business hours.
